We control all the process: from the animals’ birth to the final product, through a high-quality control of the animals, the distribution channels and the dressing process.
Animals are reared by their mothers, at least for three months, with an average of six months. Feed are made of cereals in at least 60%, without urea or any animal fats. They also have a 50% of wagyu genetics.
We would like to explain what we do in our farm daily, in the north of Caceres, in the dehesa of Extremadura. Our desire is to certify a high-quality and transparent process of production so that people can know exactly what they are eating.
