Iberian Wagyu Cured Loin


The Loin of Iberian Wagyu is a marinated product made in an artisanal way, in the style of the traditional Extremadura slaughter, exclusively with meat from certified animals such as Iberian Wagyu, without mixtures of meat or fats from other animals.

High loin of beef (Iberian Wagyu), salt, paprika from La Vera, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant E-301, preservative E-250 WITHOUT GLUTEN, WITHOUT LACTOSE AND WITHOUT MILK PROTEINS.

Elaboration process:
High beef tenderloin (Iberian Wagyu), dressed with paprika de la Vera, garlic, salt and oregano, stuffed and cured in a drying room at controlled temperature and humidity for a minimum of 5 months. A process in which top quality raw materials are used from our region of origin, Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain.

Shelf life: 180 days from the date of production.

Preparation and conservation: Open the vacuum packaging of the product 10-15 minutes before consumption so that the product regains its organoleptic characteristics and consume directly. Once opened, keep cold and consume as soon as possible.
