The Iberian Wagyu Chorizo ​​is a sausage made in an artisanal way, in the style of the traditional Extremadura slaughter, exclusively with meat from certified animals such as Iberian Wagyu, without mixtures of meats or fats from other animals.

Lean beef (Iberian Wagyu), salt, paprika from La Vera, garlic, dextrin, SOY PROTEIN, sugar, antioxidant E-301, preservative E-250 WITHOUT GLUTEN, WITHOUT LACTOSE AND WITHOUT MILK PROTEINS.

Elaboration process:
Beef (Iberian Wagyu) without added fats, only the quality ones, which provide the genetics and the management of the animals in the pasture, seasoned with paprika from La Vera, garlic and salt, stuffed in natural beef casing and cured in dryer at controlled temperature and humidity for a minimum of 4 months. A process in which top quality raw materials are used from our region of origin, Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain.

Shelf life: 180 days from the date of production.

Preparation and conservation: Open the vacuum packaging of the product 10-15 minutes before consumption so that the product regains its organoleptic characteristics and consume directly. Once opened, keep cold and consume as soon as possible.
