Iberian Wagyu Open Loin


Our Iberian Wagyu open loin is made from the needle. It is a cut similar to the one made with the low loin to make the entrecote, but it comes from the needle. It is a great piece to try and share with your family and friends.

Shelf life: Up to 2 years from its preparation.

Preparation and conservation: Store at a temperature between -18 and -20ºC. For consumption, it is recommended to thaw progressively in a refrigerator. Check that the product is well thawed before its preparation.
